500 g beef mince
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, diced
4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup cream
1 cup grated cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup frozen vegetables (peas, corn, or carrot)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the mince until browned.
Add the onion and cook until softened, then season lightly.
Layer half the potatoes into a greased baking dish.
Top with the cooked mince, spreading evenly.
Add remaining potatoes, then pour over the cream.
Sprinkle with cheese and cover loosely with foil.
Bake for 40 minutes, remove foil, then bake uncovered for 10 minutes until golden.
