Ingredients for Easy Banana Muffins
2–3 ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup sugar
1 egg
⅓ cup melted butter or oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 ½ cups self-raising flour
Pinch of salt

Desiccated coconut
Step-by-Step Instructions
Prepare oven. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tray with 12 cases.
Mash bananas. In a mixing bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
