Ingredients for Easy Beef Stroganoff
500 g beef strips or thinly sliced steak
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
200 g mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp plain flour
1½ cups beef stock
½ cup sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste

Paprika for extra flavour
Fresh parsley for serving
