Ingredients for No-Bake Chocolate Weet-Bix Slice
4 Weet-Bix, crushed
1 cup desiccated coconut
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup sugar
125 g butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
Optional:
Chocolate icing or melted chocolate for topping
Sprinkles or coconut for decoration
Step-by-Step Instructions
Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl, mixing crushed Weet-Bix, coconut, cocoa, and sugar.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour the butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Press firmly into a lined slice tin.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
