Ingredients for Falai Pisupo
1 tin corned beef (Pacific Corned Beef commonly used)
1 onion, sliced
Oil, for cooking
Optional:
Garlic (if desired)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Heat the oil
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.Cook the onion
Add the sliced onion and cook until softened and lightly golden.Add the pisupo
Add the corned beef to the pan, breaking it up gently with a spoon.Stir and heat through
Stir and cook until the pisupo is heated through and combined well with the onion.Serve
Remove from heat and serve hot with rice, taro, bread, or green banana.
