1 medium pumpkin, peeled and chopped
500 g meat of choice (lamb or beef), chopped
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Heat oil in a large pot or pan over medium heat.Cook onion and garlic
Add onion and garlic and cook until softened and fragrant.Add the meat
Add the meat and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.Add the pumpkin
Add the chopped pumpkin and stir to combine with the meat.Cover and sweat
Cover the pot with a lid and allow the pumpkin to sweat. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.Season and finish
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Once the pumpkin is soft and cooked through, remove from heat.Serve
