Today’s Reading: Romans 1:18-32
(EFKS Tusi Faitau Aso)

“For although they knew God, they neither glorified Him as God nor gave thanks to Him.”
(Romans 1:21)

This week’s EFKS theme:
Righteousness in God Alone

A Thought for Today

Rebellion does not always look loud. Sometimes it begins quietly — in forgetting to honour God.

What This Means for Us Today

Paul describes what happens when people turn away from God. It begins with knowing Him, yet choosing not to glorify or thank Him. Over time, hearts grow distant and thinking becomes distorted.

Human rebellion is not just about actions. It is about direction. When we move away from God as the centre, everything else shifts with it.

This passage reminds us why righteousness must come from God alone. Left to ourselves, we drift.

Carry This With You

Stay aware of your direction.
Keep your heart turned toward God.

A Simple Prayer

Lord, guard my heart from drifting.
Help me honour You in quiet faithfulness.
Amen.

Today’s Invitation

Take a moment to thank God intentionally today.
Gratitude keeps the heart aligned with Him.
