Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 37:9–20 (EFKS Tusi Faitau Aso)

“Then Hezekiah received the letter from the messengers and read it. Then he went up to the temple of the LORD and spread it out before the LORD.”
(Isaiah 37:14)

This week’s EFKS theme:
Isaiah Chapters 1–39 — Deliverance Through God Alone

A Thought for Today

Some things are simply too heavy to carry without bringing them to God.

What This Means for Us Today

Hezekiah received frightening news and took it straight into the presence of God.

He spread the letter before the Lord and prayed.

We can do the same with what worries us. God already knows what we face, but prayer allows us to place it consciously into His hands.

Carry This With You

Spread what worries you before the Lord.

A Simple Prayer

Lord, You see what is before me.
I place what I cannot control into Your hands.

Today’s Invitation

Name one worry you have been carrying.

Tell God exactly what it is, and leave it with Him for today.
