Today’s Reading:
Galatians 3:27–4:7 (EFKS Tusi Faitau Aso)
“So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir.”
(Galatians 4:7)
This week’s EFKS theme:
Stolen from God: Slavery
A Thought for Today
In Christ, our deepest identity is belonging to God.
What This Means for Us Today
Paul moves from the language of slavery to the language of family.
Through Christ, we are welcomed as children and heirs of God.
We do not approach Him as people without a place. We come as those who have been received into His family.
Carry This With You
You belong in the family of God.
A Simple Prayer
Father, thank You for receiving me as Your child.
Help me live securely in my belonging to You.
Today’s Invitation
When you pray today, begin simply with:
“Father, thank You that I belong to You.”
