This week’s EFKS theme:
The Gospel of Matthew — Warnings
A Thought for Today
Faithfulness prepares before the moment arrives.
What This Means for Us Today
Jesus tells of ten women waiting for the bridegroom, but only some were prepared for the delay.
Spiritual readiness is not something we have to leave until later.
It grows quietly through ordinary days of prayer, trust, obedience, and walking with God.
Carry This With You
Stay close to God before the difficult moment comes.
A Simple Prayer
Lord, keep my heart ready and attentive to You.
Help me remain faithful each day.
Today’s Invitation
Give God a few quiet minutes today without asking for anything.
Simply spend time with Him.
