A Thought for Today

God reveals His name as part of His covenant with His people. It is not given lightly, nor spoken carelessly.

God’s name carries His presence, His authority, and His holiness.

What This Means for Us Today

To honour God’s name is more than avoiding misuse in speech. It is about how we live, act, and represent Him in the world. God’s name is sacred because it reflects who He is — faithful, just, and loving.

When we carry God’s name, our lives are called to reflect His character with reverence and integrity.

Carry This With You

Treat God’s name with reverence today.
Honour Him not only with your words, but with your life.

A Simple Prayer

God, thank You for revealing Yourself to us.
Teach us to honour Your name
in word, thought, and action.
